The villa is located in a quiet rural lane, near to Batu Belig beach and also close to the fashionable centre of Seminyak where all the action is.

Villa has a lush tropical garden with a swimming pool and the living room is designed open-plan, giving you a real taste of the sweet Balinese life on this paradise island.
Villa features two deluxe master bedrooms, located at the sides of the living room and two secluded guest bedrooms, tucked in private bungalows found in the lower level of the garden.
All the rooms feature air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom.
Dining table for 8 and in the back of the pavilion, guest will find fully equipped kitchen.

Villa features a lush green two-level tropical garden with not only one but two swimming-pools, connected to each other by a cascading waterfall feature.
Around the bigger pool, on the upper terrace of the garden, are comfy sun-loungers shaded by traditional Balinese parasols, creating lovely relaxing spots to laze the day away, swimming, sunbathing and snoozing to the sounds of nature or perhaps some easy music playing from the iPod dock from inside the open-plan living room.
A gazebo makes a great shady escape to read a book or to share a bottle of chilled white wine together.

Staff in villa: Housekeeping, gardener, pool attendant and security.
Chef will cook lunch and dinner. Guest will pay groceries at cost + 20$ per one time cooking.


You can rent villa as 4 bedroom (Villa #1820) or as 3 bedroom (Villa #2264).

Middle Season: June, September. Price in Middle Season: 4 bedroom is $480 per night, 3 bedroom is $440 per night.
High season: Chinese new year, Easter, July, August.
Peak season: December 20 - January 11.
Full payment is required in 60 days before arrival.
