Amazing 3 bedroom villa located in Candidasa.
Villa has 60 meters of absolute beachfront.
The house is 1000 square meter with 4000 square meter of private garden, the pool 25 meter long with a 25 square meter jacuzzi.
Furniture is a mix of very modern and antics coming from Java or Sri Lanka. All rooms are face the sea.
The 2 bale are huge and are a fabulous place to have you lunch or dinner. One of the bale is specially reserved for massage.
Villa located just 20 minutes drive to beautiful White Sand Beach.
Staff in villa: 1 chef, 4 girls for cleaning and service, 2 boys for garden and maintenance, 1 security guard.
Food will be charged at cost, the staff buy from market and give the invoices to the guests.
Low season: any other date.
Shoulder season: May, June, September, October. Rate in shoulder season is $650 per night.
High Season: July, August, Chinese New Year.
Peak season: 20 December - 11 January.
