A luxury seven bedrooms (villa #1933) is located close to Kayu Putih beach on north of Seminyak.

The complex is consisting of three individual villas: four-bedroom main villa (Villa #1817), two-bedroom guest villa (Villa #1931), and one-bedroom villa (Villa #1932).

Villa #1817:
Four bedrooms: two master bedrooms and two guest bedrooms.
Master bedrooms have king-size bed, each opening onto a huge shaded terrace on two sides with breakfast area and daybed. The air-conditioned bathrooms with bathtub, impressive twin marble vanities, rain shower enclosure and a huge walk-in air-conditioned wardrobe.
Guest bedrooms located in a second sleeping pavilion, each with queen-size bed and sitting area for watching satellite TV. The downstairs suite opens directly onto the garden while the upper room features a spacious terrace with breezy garden-view seating. Both en suite bathrooms feature twin marble basins, rain shower and a walk-in wardrobe.
Living space is one of the most beautiful spots on the estate, the upper level living pavilion is an elegant open-sided fan- and sea-breeze-cooled space comprising a large formal seating area, and a games corner with pool table.
Below is a formal dining hall with three-meter table seating up to 14 opening onto the pool terrace. There is a media room with an air-conditioned for watching a movie, reading a book into or catching up on your work with laptop at the pool-view desk.
An antique joglo next to the pool provides a historic living space in harmony with surrounding nature, and the bedroom terraces provide many quiet corners for contemplation and escape from the crowd.

Villa #1931:
Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other a queen, a theatrical sense of furnishings and Balinese paintings. Granite basins and walk-in rain showers add glamour to both envsuites and generous wardrobe.
The living pavilion from a teakwood joglo from Java. The rattan table and semi-alfresco dining for six, meals can be prepared by the estate chef, or whipped up in the well-equipped kitchenette.
Comfortable chairs and poolside sun loungers may be preferred by guests for seeking a holiday tan.

Villa #1932:
This is one bedroom and is perfect for a couple who want extra privacy.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed and small seating area facing the pool terrace beyond a wall of glass double doors. Alongside is en suite bathroom, with twin basins, statement bathtub, rain shower enclosure, and a separate dressing room and walk-in wardrobe.
Open-plan living room, set before double doors that open onto the sun-trap pool terrace, comfortably sofa and chairs around a glass-topped coffee table before the 42-inch TV with home theatre system. At the other end, a marble-topped counter with sit-up bar separates the beautifully equipped kitchen from the dining area, where four white leather chairs are set around a table.

Staff in villas: manager, butlers, chef, gardener, pool attendant, maintenance and security.
The chef will happily coordinate the purchase of all provisions on request, including wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks. Grocery bills plus 20%++ 15,5% surcharge
