Villa perfectly reflects it’s setting in Petitenget, a district renowned for hip beach clubs, world-class dining, funky boutiques and cosmopolitan edge.
Villa is tucked away at the end of a lane between Batubelig Beach (300m) and the popular shopping/dining district of Petitenget (850m). W Resort and Spa is right next door and, although the setting is serene and still partly rural, hundreds of restaurants, bars and boutiques are within a two-kilometre radius of the villa.

Master bedroom set on the top floor, has direct access to the roof terrace, with king-size bed, wood desk and plump sofa. Has spacious bathroom of dark grey stone with wood fittings, large walk-in rain shower and a freestanding bathtub. Guest bedrooms one and two located upstairs, with a king-size bed convertible to twins and big bathrooms. Guest bedroom three on the ground floor with king-size bed and sofa. The bathroom has grey stone floors, his and hers vanities, a large walk-in rain shower and freestanding bathtub. Guest bedroom four/TV room can be easily set up as a fifth bedroom. It is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa bed that converts to either a king-size bed or twin beds, and has an adjoining bathroom fitted with a walk-in rain shower.
Capacity: 10 people (4 ensuite bedrooms with king-size or twin beds, plus TV room which converts to fifth king or twin-bedded room).

Separating the garden and the living room is an 18-metre pool, sun deck with six loungers shaded by umbrellas. The living and dining area have instant access to the pool. A long dining table seats 10.
The attractive kitchen has fabulously equipped and includes coffee machine and mini bar.
At the top of the stairs is spacious roof terrace.
Sunsets are best enjoyed from the roof-top terrace.

Staff: Villa manager, private chef, butlers, night security.
Groceries and beverages are charged at market price (plus a 20% handling fee and 15,5% tax). Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance, and the staff will do the shopping and keep the receipts for reference.
You can ask staff to bring the spa to you! We can recommend deluxe treatments carried out in the privacy of the villa by fully trained therapists from a reputable local spa (extra charges will apply).

You can rent a villa as 5 bedroom (Villa #1249) or as 4 bedroom (Villa #397).

Shoulder season: March 27- April 8, April 14-20, June 12 - 26, August 25 - October 20. Price per night in Shoulder season: 5 bedrooms is $1375, 4 bedrooms is $1190.
High season: January 24 - February 3, April 8-14, June 21 - August 25, December 15 - 26.
Peak Season: December 26 - January 5.
Full payment is required in 75 days before arrival.
