The air-conditioned lounge, dining and kitchen are conveniently housed within one pavilion, furnished with comfortable couches and equipped with satellite television and DVD player. The fully appointed open-plan kitchen overlooks the five seat dining table.
A 7m x 4m private pool with a round daybed with walled garden surroundings makes a secluded place to relax and unwind.

Villa #184:
Single storey two-bedroom villa. The stylishly decorated air-conditioned bedroom, which also has a ceiling fan, boasts a king-size bed and a marble en suite with bathtub and large rain shower.
The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are housed within one air-conditioned pavilion and feature a comfortable seating area with satellite television and DVD player as well a dining table for four. The bar seating area provides guests with a wonderful spot to relax with a drink.

Villa #1170:
The king-bedded master bedroom, which is equipped with a TV and DVD player, has a courtyard garden with en suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom is also king-bedded and overlooks a tropical garden and has an enormous enclosed bathroom.
The third room can be used as a study or guests can utilize the fold out couch and turn this room into a third bedroom.
A pathway leads past a bedroom on the left and into the light-filled, airy and spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area. Here, huge bi-fold doors can be opened up to the swimming pool or closed for air-conditioned comfort, and the main dining table, which overlooks the 9m x 4m swimming pool and secluded walled tropical garden.

Villa #1171:
The king-bedded master bedroom overlooks the pool and boasts an impressive garden bathroom bordered by bamboo and featuring a Jacuzzi tub as well as a rain shower.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is surrounded by a lush tropical garden and has an en suite featuring an outdoor shower and indoor bathroom.
The third room, which has twin beds, can be used as a study or conveniently converted to another bedroom, making this villa very suitable for a family.

Villa #1172:
On the ground floor, the spacious marble-floored master bedroom has views over the pool and a king-size bed with mosquito net canopy. The room is tastefully decorated in keeping with the black and white theme, plus splashes of red, and its large en suite bathroom with a tub and shower and features a charming cabinet crafted from recycled boat timber. Also on the ground floor, the second bedroom features a queen-size bed and an enormous private garden. Its en suite is fitted with a shower.
Third and fourth bedrooms, which are both queen-bedded, are on the upper floor and overlook a profusion of frangipani trees. Each has an en suite with indoor bathtub and shower. The lounge, dining and kitchen area overlooks the enormous garden, 12m x 5m swimming pool and poolside balé and has wide doors that can be opened to the tropical air, or closed for air-conditioned comfort.

Villa #1174:
An elegantly styled large 5-bedroom villa in this complex.
Set on over 800 square meters of tropical landscaped gardens this two level villa features traditional alang-alang thatched roofing and superbly decorated interiors.
Four spacious en-suite bedrooms each with air conditioning, flat screens TV’s and DVD players are contained within the main villa. Separated in a pavilion away from the main villa is another king size en-suite bedroom also featuring a flat screen TV and DVD player.
A large open plan lounge and dining area adjoins a Western style kitchen. Bi-fold timber doors open out onto sun-filled entertaining deck and a generous 15m x 5m pool.

Villa consists of four bedrooms, two of which are upstairs and share a large bathroom, are all furnished with king-size beds. En suite bathrooms for both of these rooms are fitted with indoor tubs and showers. One of the upstairs bedrooms features a four-poster bed and has an adjoining study with a sofa bed, making it an ideal family suite.
ground floor houses the living, dining and kitchen areas which overlook the 11m x 5m swimming pool and gardens and can be left open to the tropical air or closed off for air-conditioned comfort. The well-equipped kitchen can be open with sliding doors.

Villa #1226:
The king-bedded master room overlooks the swimming pool and garden and has a Jacuzzi tub in its en suite garden courtyard bathroom. The second bedroom, which is also king-bedded, is surrounded by a lush tropical garden with an en suite bathroom featuring an outdoor shower and indoor bathtub. Next door to bedroom two is a study which can also be used as a third bedroom. This room is furnished with a queen-size bed.
A pathway passes by the master bedroom and the 9m x 4m swimming pool to reach the large air-conditioned lounge, kitchen and dining area.
